Orange Sauce - Spicy Stir Fry Sauce 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Chinese rice cooking wine ( I use Yu Yee brand)
  • 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbs Asian chili-garlic sauce ( I used 1 tsp total for double batch for mild sauce)
  • 2 tsp sugar-I added lots more - to taste
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest
  • OPT-I added 2 or 3 drops (total for double batch) orange oil to boost orange flavor
