Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Chinese rice cooking wine ( I use Yu Yee brand)
- 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbs Asian chili-garlic sauce ( I used 1 tsp total for double batch for mild sauce)
- 2 tsp sugar-I added lots more - to taste
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- OPT-I added 2 or 3 drops (total for double batch) orange oil to boost orange flavor
