- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. key lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. lime oil, or 1 tsp. grated lime zest

Step 1
Combine condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice and lime oil/zest. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes then refrigerate. Chill. Top with sweetened whipped cream which has 1/2 tsp. coconut extract added to it.
