TACO DIP

Ingredients

• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 soft avacado
• 1 package taco seasoning mix
• 1 can bean dip (regular or jalepeno)
• 1 can black olives
• 1 bunch green onions
• 1 firm tomato
• 1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mash avacado and mix with 1/2 pint sour cream. Mix one package taco seasoning mix with 1/2 pint sour cream. Chop black olives into small pieces. Chop green onions into small pieces. Chop tomato into small pieces-remove seeds.
On a large plate spread layer of bean dip using the whole can. On top of bean dip spread layer of avacado and sour cream mixture followed by layer of taco seasoning and sour cream mixture. Top with green onions, black olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
