Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 6 tbl cocoa
- 4 tsp baking powder
- Mix above and blend in
- 1 cup mlk
- 2/3 cup melted butter or oleo
- Mix until smooth
- Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan
- In a small bowl combine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 tbl cocoa

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinlke mixture over batter.
Pour 2 1/2 cups of very hot water on top
DO NOT STIR.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is set at 350 degrees,
Serve with whipped topping
