Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tablespoon fresh snipped dill week or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 large red or green bell pepper

Step 1
Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise in 1-quart batter bowl. Chop cucumber using food chopper. Press garlic using garlic press. Snip dill weed using kitchen cutters. Add cucumber, garlic, and dill weed to sour cream mixture; season with salt and pepper. Serve on chilled Chillzanne Platter.
