Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 heaping tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onion
- garlic powder to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 10 oz. can beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Coat meat in the first flour. Cook beef in first melted butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook 3 to 4 minutes. Remove all from pan. Add second butter; blend in second flour. Add beef broth and cook, stirring over medium heat until thick. Return meat to mixture. Stir in sour cream, cooking on low heat. DO NOT BOIL.
