Ingredients

24 vanilla wafer cookies
2 8oz packages cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 vbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Put 1 vanilla wafer in cupcake liner in muffin tin.
Mix remaining ingredients, not the cherries.
Fill each muffin liner 3/4 full.
Bake 15-20min
When cool top with cherry pie filling.
