Cracker Candy

This one needs to be broken into bits and pieces as it makes it fun to pick & choose which size you want next.

Ingredients

• 3/4 c butter
• 1 c white sugar
• saltine crackers (1&1/2 sleeve)
• 12 oz chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cover cookie sheet(11 x 15) with parchment paper.
Lay crackers on cookie sheet.
Melt butter and sugar and boil for 2 minutes on full roll.
Pour over cracker base.
Bake 350 for 12 minutes and remove from oven.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top & return to oven that has been turned off.
Remove when chocolate has melted.
Spread the chocolate on top with knife.

Cool and break up into pieces.
