Ingredients
- Make 1 day before serving
- 3-6 lb. beef brisket
- 1 jar chile sauce
- 1 can cola (no diet)
- 1 pkg. Onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Score beef brisket against grain.
Place brisket in baking pan, fat side down.
In a bowl, mix Chile sauce, cola and soup mix. Pour over brisket. Cover meat.
Bake in 350o oven (30-minute per pound).
Remove from pan and de-fat brisket.
Using your scoring, cut brisket in slices against the grain.
Pour sauce in a bowl & refrigerate overnight to 1 day.
Return slices of brisket to pan, cover and refrigerate.
Next day: Skim off layer of fat of sauce. Pour over sliced brisket.
Warm in 325o oven for 30 minutes.
