Ingredients
- 1 C nonfat buttermilk
- 1 1/2 pds boneless skinless chicken
- 2 1/2 C corn flakes
- 1.2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 C panko bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
preheat over 350'
place buttermilk and chicken in zip top bag -coat
refrigerate for 30 minutes
Combine corn flakes with italian seasoning, salt, cayenne
drain chicken and bread each piece
bake 30 minutes
