Blueberry Pie

This receipe was found in Grandma Eva's recipe box and it says, "Blueberry Pie (Eva Breckner's).

Ingredients

• 1 cube margerine or butter, melted
• 18 graham crackers, mashed
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 can blueberry pie mix
• juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

For the crust:
Mix together the butter, graham crackers and powdered sugar. Press into two pie pans.

Then, mix the cream cheese, eggs and sugar together well, and pour on top of graham cracker crust. Bake 30 minutes.

Cool completely when removed from the oven. Mix blueberry pie mix, lemon juice and any sweetener you choose to add. Pour blueberry mixture over the top of the two pies. Serve with whipped cream.
