Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

This is the original recipe from Stagecoach Pizza, where Debbie worked. It makes 10 gallons in its original form.

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Bleu Cheese
• 10 lbs. IMO
• 5 lbs. Mayonnaise
• 2 tbls. Salt
• 1 1/2 tbls. Pepper
• 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
• 1/4 c. Worcestire Sauce
• 5 cups Milk
