Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups corn flake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, add crumbs and sugar and press in bottom of 10" springform pan. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff but not dry. Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and mix well. Add egg yolks 1 at a time. Decrease speed and add everything else. Fold in egg whites. Pour onto crust. Bake at 300° F for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in the oven with the door open. Leave in pan until cool.
