Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 - 3.4 oz vanilla pudding (instant)
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- FROSTING
- 1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp milk
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Toast coconut
Cake - mix cake ingredients at medium speed - 4 minutes
Fold in 1 1/2 cups coconut
Place in a buttered and floured pan
Bake for 350 degrees
Frosting - mix cream cheese, vanilla, and milk
Gradually add powdered sugar
Place on cake
1/2 cup coconut on top of frosted cake
