BEEF & CABBAGE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Chop up the head of cabbage and partially cook. Brown the ground beef and drain off fat. In a greased casserole put a layer of cabbage, then a layer of ground beef, alternating between the two until the dish is full. Dilute the tomato soup with the water and pour over the top of the layered casserole. Bake at 325 - 350° for about 45 minutes.
