• Mashed Potatoes
• Egg
• Flour
• Salt and pepper
• Chopped onion, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mashed potatoes and egg. Add a little flour, salt, pepper, and onion, if used. Form into cakes and fry in butter until browned.
