Ingredients
- 1 cake mix (butter, butter pecan, etc)
- 3.4 oz box instant pudding (French vanilla)\
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. water
- 1/4 ¼ C. veg. oil
- 2 Tbs. poppy seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped pecans-optional

Preparation
Step 1
Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix in nuts if using. Pour into greased bread loaf pans. Bake at 350, 35-45 minutes for large loaf pans. Or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.
