Ingredients
- 12 ounces (350 g) lean minced pork
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 ounces (50 g) fresh bread crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together the pork, curry powder, chutney, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and bind with eggs.
2 Press into a greased loaf pan and smooth the surface.
3. Bake at 325 °F for about 1 1/2 hours.
