- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- Pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 3 tsp. salt
- 5 c. milk
- 3/4 lb. ham

Step 1
Put diced potatoes in a roaster; add ham. Brown butter and milk and flour. Add pepper to taste. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over potatoes and ham. Bake one hour at 350°
