- 6 T. margarine
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Step 1
Combine margarine, milk and chocolate in saucepan; stir constantly over low heat until mixture starts to thicken and chocolate is almost melted. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Stir until mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla. Transfer to fondue pot and serve warm as dip for fresh fruit.
