Honey Lemon Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, whip together mayonnaise and cream until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine honey with lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed. Add mayonnaise mixture and beat on low speed until blended.

Makes about 1 cup.
