Ingredients

  • 6 lasagna noodles (more if you want to double recipe)
  • 3 pounds hambuger meat
  • 2 onion
  • 2 teas basil
  • 2 teas oregano
  • 2 Large can tomatoe sauce
  • 18 Sliced american cheese
  • 2-3 pounds Mozzerela cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbls garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Fry hambuger with chopped onion, add tomatoe sauce and spices. Simmer for 1-2 hours. I think longer it simmers better it tastes. Cook noodles in salt water. See Below on how to make with out cooking noodles.

Layer little sauce in cake pan..then noodles, sauce, american cheese, mozzerella, Repeat till layers are complete or pan is full.

Bakd 350 45 minutes.

I like to make 2 pans and free one in a bread pan. Works really well for 2 people take out of freezer let thaw bake till heated through. I don't bake the one I freeze.

I also like to use nobaked noodles or I will use the regular noodles if I don't cook noodles first I will make sauce a little thinner and it works well.
