Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • ¾ cup of flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar
  • Mix:
  • 1 onion
  • 1 ½ cups of mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 cup of cream (15%)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of cut broccoli
  • 3 eggs beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. In robot, mix flour, salt and dry mustard 10 seconds.
2. Add butter and cheddar. Press mixture in a 10 inch pie pan.
3. Brown onion and mushrooms in butter.
4. Add flour and cook 1 minute.
5. Incorporate cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
7. Take off the stove and add broccoli and beaten eggs.
8. Pour in crust and cook at 400 for 45 minutes.
