Ingredients
- 1/4 c bread crumbs
- 3 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T parsley flakes or 3 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 chicken breasts, split, skinned, halved, washed & patted dry
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bread crumbs, cheese & parsley in med. bowl. Dip chicken in crumb mixture. Coat both sides and place in 8 inch shallow baking dish. Melt butter in small pan over low heat. Stir in lemon juice. Drizzle over chicken. Bake uncovered in 350* oven for 1 hour.
