Ingredients
- 1 kg. mushrooms
- 3 tbs. butter
- 1 tbs. oil
- 3 – 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Large punch parsley, finely chopped
- 150 ml double cream

Preparation
Step 1
Fry the mushrooms in a mixture of butter and oil with the garlic until tender and the liquid has disappeared. Finely chop, then add the parsley and cream.
