- 1/2 c light soy sauce
- 1 T VOO
- 1 T blsamic vinegar
- 2 TSP garlic Chopped
- 1 TSP ginger fresh chopped fine
- 1 TSP parsley
- 2 TSP black pepper

Step 1
Blend all ingredients. Mix well. Use the mixture to marinate the steaks for 3-6 hours, Chilled, turning every 2 hrs. Remove from marinade. Let come to room temp. Salt Steaks. Let steaks sit 15 minutes after grilling 8 minutes to let juices redistribute
