Canadian Cheddar Rarebit

Ingredients

• 1/2 c milk
• 1&1/2 c cheese
• 2 eggs beaten
• 2 t Djon mustard
• salt and pepper
• 1/4 t worcestershire sauce
• 4 slices thick bread.
• 4 poached eggs
• pinch cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

cook milk, cheese, beaten eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce over medium heat till thick (about 2 miin)

Toast slices of bread and place on cookie sheet and pour cheese mixture over this. Broil till golden brown.

Put poach eggs on each toast and sprinkle with pinch of cayenne.
