Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp creme de menthe liqueur
- 4 cups (about 14 ounces) chocolate mint-flavored cookies, broken into small pieces
- Sweetened whipped cream

Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg until creamy. Blend in cocoa, chocolate, and liqueur. Stir in cookies. Turn mixture into a plastic-wrap-lined 8-inch round pan. Cover and chill until firm (1 to 2 hours). Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
