Ingredients
- 2 roasted red bell peppers, peeled, cored, and seeded
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 T. white wine vinegar
- 1 T. lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

Step 1
Place the red bell peppers, garlic, and basil in the bowl of a food processor fitted the metal blade and puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
Slowly add the olive oil down the feed tube, with the motor running, until all the oil is incorporated. Add the vinegar and lemon juice and process until combined. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use or up to 1 week.
