Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups of flour
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- Filling:
- 2 onions minced
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup of cheddar cubed
- Cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- Milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make the crust by sifting the flour and the seasonings. Incorporate the butter until coarse and add cheddar and water. Roll and cut.
2. Meanwhile, make the filling by frying the onions in butter until tender.
3. Add cheese and fill crust and a pinch of nutmeg.
4. Cover with top and seal. Make a small hole and brush with milk.
5. Cook at 425 for 40 minutes.
* you can use ordinary crust
