Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix.
  • 1 box pistachio pudding (8oz.).
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 cup club soda.
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
  • 1 cup chopped nuts.
  • 1 pint of heavy cream.
  • 1/2 cup of milk.
  • 2 teaspoons of confectioners sugar.
  • 2 boxes of pistachio pudding (4 ozs.).

Preparation

Step 1

Mix above ingredients into medium mixing bowl until well blended. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then remove and let cool completely on cooling rack.

Icing:
Using mixer, put all ingredients in bowl until whipped cream consistency. If too stiff, add some milk to lighten. Do not frost cake until completely cool.
