Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter melted
• 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 4 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 c walnuts
• 1 c mini marshmallows
• 1 square semi sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over broiler.
Beat eggs lightly and gradually add sugar, beating until thick and lemon colored, Blend in unsweetened melkted chocolate. Stir in flour vanilla and nuts. Spread batter into greased 9" pan. Bake 325 for 34 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and place marshmallows evenly over surface of hot brownie. Place under broiler for 1 minute or till stlightly brown.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over marshmallows.
Cut with knife dipped in hot water.
