Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3-8 oz cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1-4oz. pkg Baker's German Sweet Chocolate, melted and cooled

Step 1

Add sugar to cream cheese, blend well. Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Measure 2 cups of cheese mixture and fold in chocolate. Add lemon juice to remaining cheese mixture and pour into a well buttered 10" pie pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
