Ingredients
- 1 cup bran buds
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup molassas
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
1. Soak bran buds in the milk until they are soft.
2. Add all other ingredients in order . Be careful NOT to OVERMIX.
3. Spoon into muffin cups filling them ablout 2/3 full.
4 Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
