Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese (you have to use a hard cheese, soft cheese like cheddar
  • Will not set up)
  • For every 1 bag (1 ½ cup bag) You can get 5 to 6 cheese bowls small to med. size
  • **Demarle silpat
  • **Demarle perforated sheet
  • **Demarle muffin tray, inverted (optional)

Step 1

Directions:
Take a handful of cheese and place on Silpat. Flatten out into a circle.
You can place up to 5 to 6 circles on a large Silpat, 3 to 4 on a medium Silpat.
Bake in a 375 oven on your perforated sheet for 4 to 6 minutes till golden in color.
Remove from oven and let the cheese circles rest for about 30 to 60 seconds.
Remove from your Silpat with the poly spatula and place over an inverted bowl or an upside down bowl. Let cool for 5 min.
Remove from bowl and you will have a delicious cheese BOWL!
