- 1 unbaked piecrust
- 3-4 Bartlett pears
- 1 cup of sugar
- ¼ cup of flour
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
1. Cut pear in half, remove cores and arrange cut side down in pie shell.
2. Combine sugar, flour, butter, eggs and vanilla.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Pour sugar over pears just before baking.
5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
