Ingredients

1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa
3 TBS Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Boiling Water
1 TBS Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Sugar, Cocoa, Flour and Salt in small saucepan.

Pour boiling water over mixture and allow to thicken.

Remove from heat and stir in Butter and Vanilla.
