- 1 10 oz bag hash browns, thawed
- 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ pint sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- **Demarle mold
- **Demarle perforated sheet

Step 1
Directions:
Heat oven to 325
Mix 1 cup of cheese, thawed hash browns, sour cream and milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese in bottom of mold; add hash brown mixture. Place in oven and bake for 45 min.
Allow to cool for 10 min before turning out.
