PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 C flour
• 1 C granulated sugar
• 1 C brown sugar
• 1 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 C butter
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 C peanut butter
• sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together dry ingredients. In mixer beat butter for 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and sugars; beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Roll into 1" balls. Roll in sugar. Press with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire rack.
