Rice Noodles with Snow Peas

- 1/2 pod wide rice noodles
- 8 ounce snow peas
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Step 1
Heat a large pot of water to boil. Add the wide rice noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Drain noodles and toss with the sesame oil.
At the same tis, steam the snow peas for 3-4 minutes. Add the snow peas to the rice noodles. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
