- Refrigerated or homemade pie crust
- 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 6 slices swiss cheese shredded
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 small tomato diced
- ¼ cup mayo
- **Demarle roulpat
- **Demarle cutter and shaper
- **Demarle tartlet tray
- **Demarle perforated sheet

Step 1
Directions:
Roll out the pie crust on a Roulpat. Cut out pie crust and fill the tartlet tray.
Place tartlet tray on perforated baking sheet.
Mix next 5 ingredients together. Place a large tablespoon of filling in each tartlet. Bake at 420 for about 12-17 minutes.
