These are like dumplings, but when we were kids they were called Patches

• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• salt
• Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together, using enough flour to be able to roll out.

Cook 20 minutes in meat stock.

(Or use Bisquick)
