  • 8 oz 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup pimientos, diced
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 small 1/2 small onions, diced
  • 1 can 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • minced garlic
  • 1 3/4 cup 1 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1

Cook spaghetti. Drain and rinse well. Mix together; chicken, pimientos, peppers, onions, soup, broth, salt, pepper and 1 cup cheese. Add spaghetti and pour into casserole dish. Cover with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted
