Ingredients
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbls. mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Dash worcestershire sauce
- Dash Old Bay seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Shape into patties. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet. Brown patties over medium heat for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Keep warm in a 300°F oven.
