Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 (11.5 oz) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 cups coarsely chopped chocolate chip cookies (ex. 12 Chips Ahoy cookies)

Preparation
Step 1
Line a lightly greased 8" square baking dish with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, over medium-low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in pecans, vanilla, and salt. Stir in cookies. Spread fudge into prepared dish. Let stand 4 hours or until firm. Remove fudge in foil onto a cutting board; peal away foil, and cut fudge into sqaures. Yield: 2 1/4 lb
