- 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 6 tbs. cream, half and half cream, or buttermilk
- 3 tbs. butter
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Boil potatoes and drain well. Mash the potatoes well. Cover and keep the potatoes hot, meanwhile, heat the cream and butter in a small pan. Cover the pan and do not let the milk boil. Pour the hot milk mixture in the potatoes and whip with a fork until fluffy. Stir in salt and pepper.
