- 4 pork chops, well trimmed
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- vegetable cooking spray

Step 1
Soak pork chops in buttermilk in refrigerator for at least one hour.
In small bowl combine bread crumbs and spices.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Dip pork chops in bread crumb mixture and place on prepared sheet. Bake in 425º oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chops are no longer pink.
