Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic sliced & diced (more to taste)
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 1 handful fresh parsley chopped in to small pieces
- 3/4 pound of calamari cut in to rings
- 3/4 pound of little neck clams (place in bowl of cold water)
- 1 can plum tomatoes quartered and diced
- 1-2 bottles of clam juice (to taste)
- red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 pound of pasta of choice

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pan, warm olive oil, cook garlic until soft. Then sprinkle parsley in pan.
Then add clams & calamari into pan. Then pour clam juice slowly over items. Add tomatoes and pepper flakes. Stir gently to combine.
Cover and turn off.
