Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic sliced & diced (more to taste)
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 handful fresh parsley chopped in to small pieces
  • 3/4 pound of calamari cut in to rings
  • 3/4 pound of little neck clams (place in bowl of cold water)
  • 1 can plum tomatoes quartered and diced
  • 1-2 bottles of clam juice (to taste)
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 pound of pasta of choice

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pan, warm olive oil, cook garlic until soft. Then sprinkle parsley in pan.

Then add clams & calamari into pan. Then pour clam juice slowly over items. Add tomatoes and pepper flakes. Stir gently to combine.

Cover and turn off.
