Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups canned cream-style corn
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter, melted
- 3 Tbsps dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsps cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degres. Butter an 8 inch square baking dish.
Whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Bake 45 to 48 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
